I own the tools and rhythms the company runs on, from the priorities canvas to the meeting cadence, and I'm usually the person connecting a request to the person who can deliver it.
Steady, organized, and relentlessly follow-through, I'm the operational backbone of the team.
I take pride in bringing order to a lot of moving pieces and seeing projects actually cross the finish line.
