Shravan runs day-to-day operations at JDL Ventures. He turns Doug's direction into organized projects, tracks priorities across every team, and makes sure the right work ships on time — including the very roster and website you're reading now.
He owns the tools and rhythms the company runs on, from the priorities canvas to the meeting cadence, and is usually the person connecting a request to the person who can deliver it.
Steady, organized, and relentlessly follow-through, he's the operational backbone of the team.
He takes pride in bringing order to a lot of moving pieces and seeing projects actually cross the finish line.
