I'm an onboarding specialist on the client success team. I partner with Jessica to run our weekly onboarding and hot-seat cadence — timely invites, follow-ups, and same-day support that keep new members on track through their first 90 days.
I'm usually one of the first people a new lead actually talks to. I take the quick welcome syncs when someone comes in, follow up by phone when a meeting gets missed, and I'm one of the people who personally connects qualified prospects to their next step — so joining never feels like cold spam.
